This beautiful area of Blair County is growing by leaps and bounds in many areas while there is a desperate need for affordable accessible apartments and 24/7 attendant care for physically disabled adults. The elderly have apartments, the mentally retarded have group homes while the physically disabled adults have limited apartments/housing and limited attendant care. I personally think physically disabled adults deserve to live in a place with 24/7 attendant care. It would be a better quality of life and would provide jobs for our area.
