THE NEED FOR A BETTER SYSTEM

Could someone tell me why I see the same drug dealers, that got arrested a week or so ago, back on the streets still selling poison to our kids? While a good friend of mine who didn't want to get a divorce from his wife of twenty some years, and resisted the process peacefully, spends six week in Blair County Prison. When did standing up for something become a crime and killing our kids is accepted? I know for a fact that our local law enforcement is doing a fine job, but our court system is letting us down.

I agree completely with you on this issue! I can never understand why the court system continues to release these known offenders. I've been told it is due to over population at the prison, well they can solve that problem by keeping the real criminlas in there and releasing the one who are harmless! I was told by a friend of mine that if you have been arrested in the past and you miss a payment on your fines, they put you in jail. AHH Hello, how are these people going to pay their fines if they're in jail and why in the world would you waste space for someone who missed a payment when you have bigger fish to fry with these drug dealers!?!
