Since starting the Campaign season in July I've knocked on over 1000 doors and have had the opportunity to discuss the issues with many concerned Altoona citizens. Ok, I have a problem with the Slinky Zone. They need to clean the play area for the kid's health. I know some people's kid that never had any problems until they took the kids to the Slinky Zone. I wanted to send an e-mail to the main people, but there is no e-mail address for the Slinky Zone Headquaters. So, I think we should all get together and let them know how we feel. I will take my grandkids to Chucky Cheese and other places. Never again will I allow them to go to the Slinky Zone.

I'm not sure that what I have to say is an opinion more than a desire I would like to see happen or come about in September for our troops that belong to the National Guard in Frankstown who will be coming home in September.

I BELIEVE, this is the problem with this area exactly, the people that try to run for office with dignity and respect towards our local people get bashed from the citzens; but the people that run for office and seem to do whatever they want when elected,not to mention (KEEP GETTING RE-ELECTED) people never say a word about it or say something but take no action.
